Started in 1982 as a residential cleaning company, we quickly expanded to provide commercial janitorial services, and for the last 15 years, construction clean-up services. We're proud members of the International Janitorial Cleaning Services Association (IJCSA), the Independent Maintenance Contractors Association (IMCA), the San Diego County Apartment Association (SDCAA), and our carpet cleaning technicians are all certified by the Institute of Inspection, Cleaning and Restoration Certification (IICRC). We encourage you to request our "Green" cleaning, which emphasizes the use of environmentally friendly cleaning chemicals, recycled paper products, and tools to minimize indoor air pollution such as micro-fiber towels for dusting and hepa-filters on our vacuums.
